When we humans prove to be non intelligent...

I understand. I never was in that situation. I guess in my little town I call a country I was not exposed to such reality.

Under my point of view I was right, but now that you point that out, it seems that I had an incomplete vision of reality. Thanks for expanding my reality. Now I feel shame for what I did. A healthy dose of shame and humbleness.

It is not that I do not like my job.
I do not like injustice and I though that there was injustice.
Now I understand that my view was incomplete.

For some reason I used to believed that if my name (and not a generic public distribution list) was there, I would respond for myself and company would not face responsibility. In a way the company is interested in Space Orbinomics in the sense that they want to be environmentally friendly.

So as you may know I feel a bit of shame for understanding that it was me who was unfair with the company.

So my stupidity was double. Not only I made that mistake, but also I thought they were unfair.
A mistake caused by ignorance...

Ar81, all I can say is if you remain a hard worker and remain an asset to your company it should eventually blow over. Everyone makes mistakes. Keep your head cool and try not to make any rash mistakes (looks like you've done that so far :)).

Stay positive, do your job, and take only lessons from the past forward with you.

People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

That is one of the strongest wards I've seen. Its kept people from meddling for at least four days.

I don't know where you work, but sometimes things may not be what they seem. Maybe your boss was afraid that HIS boss would fire him if he found out that the company's PCs were used for other activities besides strictly company work. Maybe he was afraid that some classified info was leaked. If he didn't know what exactly you sent by email, he could presume anything. But if you "play nice", I think he'll forgive you. I have no experience in working in a company, but I don't think bosses are eager to interview someone new and stall the company until someone else to do your job is found, just because an employee sent an email somewhere. It's their interest to scare you a bit so that you won't do it again, but they won't go as far as firing you.

The good side of this. I find myself still capable of doing stupid things because of ignorance, which forces me to stay humble. It is good in a way.

I though they were unfair because everyone does it in this country. And even in other countries. I recall the guy at the embassy told me once that he got an email from an American guy from my company saying that climate change was not real and a lot of junk to justify it.

You see people from banks and companies sending vulgar jokes in chain emails using corporate accounts, and so on. It means they are tempting luck.
