Do you play fsx or orbiter more

I play Orbiter. FS got old FAST. And any add-on worth its grain costs $$$$$$ and it runs very crappy even on monster $2000 computers so forget FS. I play Orbiter exclusively.

Unfortunately, right now I play FSX more since most of my Orbiter stuff went bye bye with my Laptop HDD, but hopefully if I get it recovered in the next few days, that will all change.
But I like Orbiter a heck of a lot more than FSX!

After I flew around the (simulated) world in a Mooney Bravo last winter I really haven't touched FSX.

If anyone is up for a challenge, fly from your home airport to Anchorage, Alaska. Then try flying into Provideniya Bay from Anchorage in the middle of night in a storm. From there, you can struggle against the default Bravo's fuel efficiency in two or three flights down the coast of Russia and into Japan. Hop through Japan, China, Hong Kong, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Europe. Then cross the Atlantic from Scotland to Canada via Greenland (you need every drop of fuel to get there, too). Then travel down through Canada and back to your home airport.

After that playing FSX becomes more of a chore than a joy.

Sometimes I love to hop in an F-18 in FSX and buzz around, but due to Orbiter's complexity (and FUN factor) I'd say I spend far more hours playing Orbiter than FSX.

I don't have FSX.

Lately I've been playing more Gmod than Orbiter, though.

No FSX, but I waste a pretty lot of Orbiter (development) time on GCBlue and Black Shark lately.

I admit, the time where I just play somebody elses add-ons had dropped, but if something interesting appears on O-H, I can't wait to test fly it.

FSX got old quick so now i play orbiter exclusivly. pulling FSX off my comp saved about 30 gigs as well. now i spend my time building my space station and having a lot more fun.

Both about equally, but if I'm feeling like spending all day at one or the other Orbiter wins,

Also isn't this poll just a bit biest, as its on Orbiter forum, so most of us are going to vote orbiter anyway :)

FSX. There's a whole lot more to do in FSX--travelling between the same few bases and stations in Orbiter gets old after not-too-long.

Would being able to do useful missions be different? :P

Neither, recently. I decided to uninstall FSX because for whatever reason my FPS are decreasing the more I clear out my hard drive, and I can't find anything interesting to do in Orbiter anymore.

You should try defragging your hard drive if FPS are dropping after you uninstall stuff.

Currently Orbiter for me, but FSX is catching back up as I've been flying a lot of VFR hops since I purchased my TrackIR.
