Will installing the shuttle fleet overwrite the space shuttle ULTRA?

nope... Shuttle fleet has its own libraries, BUT installing SSU in an Orbiter Installation with the Shuttle Fleet (or viceversa) is not recommendable (SSU an Shuttle Fleet don't get well toghether).

Yeah, the current release overwrites default orbiter files, which are also used by the Shuttle Fleet. We work on that problem for the next release, but don't ask me when we can release. I am currently mostly passively updating the code...

Been away all day so had not seen your replies until now.

I'll revert back to a pre-shuttle ULTRA orbiter installation and install the fleet there.
