Hardware X52 profiles not working

After a few weeks of non-orbiting, I decided to plug my Saitek X52 back into my computer. everything was going fine, until i tried to select a profile. Each time a message pops up saying:

*.pr0 does not contain a profile for this device

The device has not been profiled.

The joysticks work just fine, I tried them in Orbiter. It's the profiles that are having problems. They have worked on this computer before, but for some reason, not anymore. I tried creating a new profile but even that wouldn't load. I've tried to reinstall the software and drivers but I can't connect to the website. Any suggestions?

i could never get my saitek x52 to work with orbiter(awesome joystick though) have you tried restarting your computer? when stuff doesnt work with me usually a restart of my pc works

Restarting was the first thing I did. I got it to work a few weeks ago then it stopped.

ok hm do the green lights come on? is it even plugged in?

Blue lights, yes.

EDIT: I was finally able to get to Saitek's website. I reinstalled the drivers and everything works.:thumbup:
