OHM XR on XR vessels

This add-on puts an XR vessel on another XR vessel using cargo bay.

XR2 cargo slot 1
XR5 cargo slot 36

Update 2013-11-19:
- add uninstall batch in Orbiter\Install\uninstall_XR_on_XR_131119.bat
- delete current addon files, including the uninstall batch
