Hi, whenever i want to download XR2 from its main site "altea aerospace", i can't, it seems like i have problems with my Internet, if the latest version (1.1c) is uploaded on another host, please tell me whats the link so i can download it.:tiphat: thank you very much

Are you downloading the whole zip or the RAR parts? you need to download either the ZIP or the 100 something RAR files.

If you are having Internet connectivity issues your best bet is to download the 36 individual RAR pieces for the XR2 and then install it using WinRAR. Details are on my download page.

I think that was a temporary problem. The other day I had trouble trying to download the zip package for the XR-2, and it would always display the Firefox 'page not found' message. I tried it again around twenty minutes later and it worked fine.

my problem is a little bit diffrent, when i go to altea aerospace, firefox ALWAYS says the connection was reset, but when i use a proxy application, the page loads and i can download, but using the proxy, the speed is as low as 5-10 kb/s
so i was looking for xr2 but uploaded in another host, like rapidshare or anything else...:tiphat:
if you have the latest version and a fast internet connection, i would appreciate if you could upload it to some site like rapidshare or anything else...

Download via a proxy overnight?

Alternatively, why not download from another location such as an internet cafe?

Unless one of the authors chooses to share their work via rapidshare no one else will as it's a bit rude.

An Internet cafe or overnight download is your best bet, like Gary said. I really don't want any XR versions up on Rapidshare because that version will still be there long after it's been replaced by a newer version on my Web site. Support becomes more difficult when people can still download old XR versions.

Alternatively, try a different browser. This can help occasionally. Gary is correct, though, nobody will distribute the files elsewhere without dbeachy1's consent.

If you still can't get it downloaded, feel free to PM or email me your mailing address and I'll be happy to mail you a CD with the latest XR versions on it.
