Problem Yellow Information Writing blinking/flashing constantlly?

Hi I hope someone can help me, When i use orbiter everything is fine except for one thing - the yellow information writing is flashing all the time, It doesnt really interfere with the flights but is kinda bugging me - this happens with a fresh installation with nothing else added - not even orbiter sound (i have no texture upgrades either) - and it happens on every scenareo.

Any ideas?

Quick fix - 'I' - to turn it off?

Otherwise try upgraded drivers?

You probably have Anti Aliasing enabled driverside. Try turning that off.

yeah i did that but sometimes i need to check it (to see what time warp im in if any etc) and if im using say amso as well - even the GET thing flashes - any writing whatsoever - the funny thing is if i bring the sidebar up (F4) it stops the flashing until i close it - also my video card drivers are already upto date as i keep my whole pc upto date all the time (so all updates are installed etc as well)

yes i do have anti alising on driver side - but surly it improves the graphics with it on? or is that not the case with orbiter? eg the anti aliesing driver side has no effect on orbiter?

It improves the graphics, AA works with Orbiter. But that is the cause of your flashes.
So until you find a fix, disabling AA will fix the flashes.

ok then thank you for your help - at least its not a major disater in terms of files or something - i think given that choice id rather have the nice graphics and put up with the flashes

and i think the I button may well be my new best friend ha ha

I usually just open some window to get the flashing away. (Press "F4" or so)
