I've downloaded the zip files for the level 11 Moon and Mars from http://downloadorbitersim.com/?page_id=42 and a few of the other sites as well. Every time I try to open one of these two zip files, I get a "Bad Zip Header" error and they won't open. This was with the direct download. I'm trying the torrents now to see if I get the same issue.

It appears that your zip software can not handle the used zip method. It might very well be that you have some other issues at work here. Suffice to say, I am not going to download the files from his server at this time to keep the load low.

A proper file should start with "PK" and continue from there.

Those files probably got corrupted. Downloading through torrent should avoid this as it makes sure everything is okay.

Hashes of Mars091218_11.zip & Moon090730_L11.zip

If you have a possibility to check hashes of those files (you can use for example ExactFile to check them), I posted the hashes of Mars and Moon archives I downloaded last year from SF.net / torrent, but they should be the same as on Download Orbiter Sim page:
