Also it is just Urwumpe. You don't use honorific titles on call signs. Not even in the Navy. And I was also not knighted yet, to require a Mr. Urwumpe.
The Atlas A was also only flying in one direction, it was just a test vehicle. No targeting for NK, especially since it should be out of range if you use proper performance data (1100 km range). It was also only launched from Cape Canaveral.
