The problem with that idea, that I see, is that it's in essence removing the "flight" from "Space Flight Simulator". Which is not to my liking, personally. I like this mod as it currently is, for simple UMMU transporting, though.

Same for all the "Star Wars Physics" addons and "Warp Drive" plugins. It's just for fun, if you don't like it, don't use it.

I wouldn't mind somebody making the Bluescale deck plans of the Star Fleet Museum as VC meshes for Orbiter... It is really disappointing that this resource is not used that much...

Can one use their own mesh? I am thinking of using this in the new MoonBAse Alpha and use a travel car mesh

If somebody created a Stargate mesh (for example: [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=4065"]Worm Hole Gate's[/ame]) and used the properties of the Displacement Booth to spread along the size of the Gate and add some textures it would be a very popular addon.

Yoohooo teleportation!!!

Now I will be able to set up alien invasion mission. Aliens from distant planet will send a small fast probe carrying teleportation booth with objective to secretly deploy the booth in some remote location on Earth. Then the aliens disguised as humans will teleport in with objective to TAKE OVER THE WORLD.

... and then the small fast probes will take them over. Hail Probe. :hail:
