My question was what would happen to our species if any single human would become homosexual. Although it is a fictive scenario, we all know the answer.
I can't help but think this is a language barrier thing (not having a go at your English skills there, just trying to make sense of the post!). If you literally mean what would happen to our species if
any single human became homosexual then you just have to look around as there are already many homosexuals out there - and the species is surviving just fine.
If, as I suspect, you mean
every single human became homosexual, then you'd probably find the species would take a sharp decline. But that isn't going to happen. It doesn't make it any less of a natural occurrence, though.
Humans are not dolphins or seagulls (while not each dolphin, seagull, monkey species etc. shows homosexual behaviour). Homosexuality is applicable to a minority of humans. It is a side issue like asexuality.
Humans are not dolphins or seagulls, but we're still part of the animal kingdom, and what is natural for them is also natural for us.
I don't understand what it is people find so reprehensible about homosexuals. Why does it bother them what consenting adults get up to in the privacy of their own home?
Of course, it has to be said, the deep hatred of homosexuality almost always stems from the religious. For example, Leviticus tells us that Homosexuals are an abomination. Of course, Leviticus also tells us that people who swear or blaspheme should be stoned to death. It tells us that kids who swear at their parents should be put to death. It tells us that adulterers should be executed. Funny that they can accept one thing a book tells them but ignore the rest, isn't it?

Yes, you are misinterpreting because Portia De Rossi is openly gay (she's Ellen De Generes' partner) and nobody in their right mind could hate her.
Besides, I couldn't not jump at the chance of putting a wallpaper size pic of Portia on the forum.
And to go along with that, your sig says it all...
