My epic space travels

Hi, guys!

I'm now using the Hius interstellar spacecraft by Artlav for my epic space travels!

Cheers,
Vincent

But Vinny still failed to deliver a proper answer...

Original Tmac3000's (and boogabooga's) question was: what constellation are you heading towards?

I know right? Actually I posted the link to the old thread to hopefully shed some light on the history of the question, a history which I think is somewhat humorous.

Maybe Vinny5000 can post a screen shot if he is having trouble identifying the constellation... :shifty:

Hi, guys!

I'm now using the Deltaglider IV spacecraft! I'm now 201,816 AU or 30,191,347,000,000 kilometers away from the sun and moving at the speed of 830,936 kilometers per second!!

Cheers,
Vincent

And we still don't know which constellation you are heading towards.

Hi, guys!

See post number 23 and #25 please. We'd sort of like to know which direction you headed off into.

Hi, PhantomCruiser!

I don't have any idea what direction I'm heading in relative to the earth! Now, the surface MFD is showing Mars which is 34,047,620,000,000 kilometers away!

Cheers,
Vincent

Turn on the planetarium mode [F9] and tell us what constellation is out the front view.

I really want to graph out all this information so it would be possible to have an overall idea of his distance and velocity over time, and how its changed (it's rate, at least).

But wondering where his OTHER THREAD is...

Hi, guys!

I used the planetarium view to find out what constellation I'm flying to. It is just the line on the some kind of a star which I did not see constellation name next to the star. Please see attached. Thanks!

Cheers,
Vincent

Can you make the field of view 70 (or so) and take another picture without the flash? Or just take a screenshot, that'd be better.

Vincent,

You can use this add-on to take screen captures in Orbiter:
[ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3279"]Screen capture[/ame]

You can upload the screenshot jpg file directly onto Orbiter Forum without having to take a physical photograph of the screen. That will make it a little easier for us to see. :)

Hi, guys!

I zoomed out to 70 degrees FOV so you guys can see it a little easier.

Cheers,
Vincent
