Problem Adjusting jettison speed?

Can you add more weight to the diver ?

Yes, I just did that and things are getting somewhat better. The diver now leans forward and drops out of the chopper at a fairly realistic speed. His feet/flippers still pass through the lower lip of the door, but it looks much better than it did. I think this is about as close as I'm going to get it.

Got the diver moving once he's in the drink, but control is awkward & counter-intuitive at the moment. Still working on it...
