I added some materials to the booster stage so it looks more like Atlas A in the pictures.

This is absolutely fantastic. Although, the black is extended too long. Here is what I mean:

Also, the warhead is off. Other than that, it's exactly how I imagined it. Beautiful :speakcool:!

I'll fix that later today. I have been having trouble with the stupid warhead. Hopefully later I can fix both of those.

I'll upgrade it to beta 2. What I would like you guys in this beta is to find flaws in aerodynamics or something along that line.

Where are the attitude thrusters located at?

No attitude thrusters - you have the two vernier thrusters for that. And the Atlas E model is externally identical to the Atlas F, the changes for silo launch are inside.

With a DLL yes, with Multistage2 or Spacecraft3 not.

I don't think I'll make it a C++. It might make it better, but I still don't want to do it. I like spacecraft3 and multistage2.
