Support Auto FCS Over shooting

Seeing as my Orbiter is working now I figure I should get this fixed as well.

I have the Auto FCS every time I try and use it. THe SHuttle Passes over Kendey doing 5k/s and by the time it slows down enough to turn it Im way to far to land. Any help?

It looks like you reach overhead KSC WAY too fast(!!!), therefore FCS is unable to make the field. You should reach the HAC at more or less Mach 1 (300m/sec) and between 40 and 50.000 feet altitude (depending on your HAC acquisition point).
Are you engaging AutoFCS since the beginning of your reentry or at later stage?

Are you using stock Atlantis? If so AutoFCS may not work. David413 had made a fix to the aerodynamic model for stock Atlantis, or you could download his fleet shuttles, or look into Space Shuttle Ultra.
