Autopilot 1.7

Is Autopilot 1.7 compatable with Orbiter? That is the September 2006 P1 version.
I can load the DGIV and XR5. But the stock DG causes a crash (hang) in XP.
Not even a CTD, but a complete hang. The only way to get out is Windows Task Manager.

Did you say "Yes" when you were prompted to replace the earth.cfg during the installation? The earth.cfg which comes with this addon is a lot larger than the stock earth.cfg because it contains clones of Habana spaceport in all the empty spaceports, and loading time can double. You computer may not be able to handle all that info.

Try a re-installation of the addon, but say "no" when prompted to replace the earth.cfg.
