Question Blue lights in LazyD AMSO scenario

I was running the LazyD Memorial AMSO scenario for the first time today. As I entered the target change phase during the LM landing, I noticed a flashing cross made up of blue lights on the lunar surface. The cross was centered on my intended landing site. After landing and starting my EVA, the cross remained. I have never run the LazyD scenario before, even on orbiter 2006, so I was wondering if this was part of the LazyD scenario, or some kind of bug. I am running AMSO 1.19 with the patch on Orbiter 2010. If it's not confirmed to be part of the LazyD scenario, I will see if it happens on other scenarios.

That is part of the AMSO LazyD scenario. The flashing blue cross points to the memorial.

Cool, thanks! Awesome scenario, BTW. I love how planting the flag triggers the memorial. Up until then, I was thinking " that's it? " and then " Wow! "
