You're right Supersonic, this sound is the purest I could find.
Cause I found many interresting sounds but there are comments, crowd, sirens. It's unworkable to create a good sound loop.

streb2001, the "popcorn" sound comes from the gases propulsion at a supersonic speed. Look at this video (29 seconds), we can see the supersonic shock waves:
Sound waves are simply vibrations. A large waterfall is a non-distinct "shhhhh" sound as the falling water drops hitting the rocks is a very consistent way, so the sound blends together.
The crackling sound is globs of fuel burning in tiny bursts. Each burst can be rather violent so it "pops" or "crackles". The interesting part is that the vibration analysis of the burning rocket engine matches the sound it makes.
