Violating the law of conservation of momentum classically is no different than violating it relativisticly. It's not like there's a wall between relativistic and classical physics. Physics we perceive as classical is just a slow-moving limit of relativistic physics. When you walk down the street, it's relativistic physics that's going on.

They ARE claiming that this is a revolutionary new technology that DOES work. They're claiming it can be used as a rocket propellant or as a quadcopter lift device. They even built a quad copter with their tech. Though... we don't see one flying, do we?

We will not see it flying if somebody tests it, who is not already convinced that it works.

This is the best I have found, everything else is rumor.

I think this is still in 'That is interesting' territory but ever so slowing this is showing promise of actually being legit.

So, another possible error source has been eliminated. That's progress. A few more tests changing some of the variables might be a good next step. See if you can make predictions about the things actual performance behavior. Ultimately, I hope they'll stick it to a small satelite and see if they can measurably influence its orbit. If that works, all bets are off. We still might not get how the thing actually works, but we'd know that it works... Which would still surprise me, but I think the concept deserves the opportunity after a few more vacuum tests.
