Project Forum Orbiter Italia team on a new space station

È bellissimo l'Eridanus!

Thank you all very much for your work, both ships look absolutely amazing!

Grazie mille!

A litte trailer about Antares, only to see what is working.
Watch it on Youtube, in HD. :)

The new italian space shuttle, Eridanus, landing at KSC:

We are still working on cockpit and other little problems like sounds.

Neither of those two worked, same issue. Tried with Google Chrome, IE and Firefox and same issue all browser round, checked with my virus checked whether there's any blocks on the website and nothing apparent popped up. Rather puzzled what the problem is here to be honest my end

Same problem here. :(

Love your Orbiter (Eridanus) but several issue's;

The cockpit buttons to stow the solar panels and payload bay doors do not work.
Every view shows the Orbiter with payload bay doors open and solar panels extended and I'm unable to close them.

Any suggestions ?

I have the same on my laptop, but not on my pc, I downloaded the Eridanus on my pc a few days before... maybe it's updated?

The Eridanus is under development.. we're fixing some troubles with Robotic Arm and UMMU support.. a new beta test will be soon avaiable!
Meanwhile, that's the new Antares Rescue Version Beta Test:

In the add-on doc folder there is an antares txt file with instruction in English dor launch and reentry test.. i remember you that for this scenario the Jarvis HLV add on is mandatory (it's on orbit hangar)

This is the great news about Antares capusle.. the digital GET and GMT display:

Fausto, I don't know why, but I have clicked all the links, but I just can't download the space station project that is being spoken about here. The file is not found. Please help.

Samuel, the first release of Space Station you tried to download was an "half way" between an Alpha release and a Beta release. So Fausto upload on a temporary hosting site that delete files about a week after the upload. As soon as we will end our work on Antares and Eridanus we will release a new "Space Station" beta.

P.S. Sorry for my very bad english

Looks amazing, looking forward to it being released

Just a thought. 100% O2 levers seems rather... High. Is that levels of O2 reserves, or levels of O2 in the cabin? Is that 100% of normal, if so, shouldn't it allow a higher range?

Just some thoughts that occured as I was looking at that screenshot.

I would assume it means 100% of total O2 capacity, nothing unusual about that.

Darren

The percentage of O2 displayed is the reserve of oxygen on board. In this version (Antares _RV where RV means "Rescue Veicle") the capsule is without the service module because its usage is only as "lifeboat" from the new Italian Space Station "Gaia". If the capsule is without the service module you can survive only 24 hours. In the next version (with a Short Range service module - Antares_SR) you can survive about 15-20 days. With the Long Range service module (Antares_LR) you can survive about 5-6 months.

Edit: I made a correction, again sorry for my very bad english.
