Question McDonald's for breakfast

I've had their bacon rolls from Breakfast and for something like £3 it's not a bad deal, Bacon roll, Hash brown and a cup of tea. Last time I had a Maccy D's breakfast was in November on a Saturday when I was at work. There are few places open on a Saturday which do a breakfast.

We would have stuff like that in the morning but we would never go to McDonald's. Besides the nearest one is a couple of miles away.

What is a couple of miles for you? I am metric anyway. The next McD is 6 km away, the second next 10 km.

Still it is only 2 km to the next good Döner shop. And that is a big difference: For 3.5 € you can get either the "King of the Month" Menu at Burger King (which is at the local highway resting yards, and thus pretty favorable if you are often on the road) or a Döner Kebab. The typical Burger Menu makes you only more hungry after an hour, the Döner lasts for half a day. If you pay 50 cent more for a Döner with cheese, you get something that powers your circuits for a day. For seven Euro, you can get the most expensive meal at both BK and McD... or two Döner. Which is then really something to chew on.

Still, it all fails epically against the former sandwich shop at the university - for 5 Euro, you can get something that is more than a footlong, tastes extremely good and is also quickly organized.

Hm, the only edible thing i found in McD is the french fries. But even these give me a cold-like coughs and symptoms for the next half-hour. No odor however.

No wonder they are called free-toilet-chain (recently, free-internet-chain).

While I agree with the overall assessment of McD (my last visit there was ~15 years ago), would also suggest visiting a doctor to check whether the gastrointestinal tract works OK.

I've never had any problem with bad BO from Mc Donalds, but I'm hardly a fan. I tend to go to Taco Bell or Sonic myself. (And Urwumpe's right, if you're in a place that sells Döner (especially if it doesn't have Taco Bell or Sonic), it's well worth trying.

A hamburger for Orbinauts..

A self-contained, composite-laminated, hand-held meal that won't slip or slide apart under high-G loadings.

America yeah!
MC Donald's everywhere.
:salute:
America yeah!

It probably had like really bad onions or something maybe its not your breath but your mouth or clothes.

I've never had an odour problem from McD's. I go there a couple of times a month, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on the need. I do tend to steer away from the beef products though.
just as interesting as bungee jumping or wrestling with a bear
I've only tried one of those activities, and it was interesting enough to want to do again before I die (or maybe die doing it  :P)

i hate it when they say oh our burgers are made from 100% beef lol. Ye I know its 100%. Its also 100% of what ever they want to put in it, Think about it. If I give you 5 LB of beef and 5 LB of random stuff what do you have? You still have 100% beef and 100% rubbish. :tiphat:

Do you mean you killed the bear and never let PETA know that?

Drop bear wrestling? Can't you pick somebody in your size?

Yeccchhhh. The smell was in my clothes too. Toward the end of the day it started wearing off, like a bad cologne. Then I got to re-experience it all over again on the drive back home. My car NOW reeks of some sort of evaporated grease-like substance they fry that stuff in. And I didn't even eat it in the vehicle. The malodorous mixture, somehow, like magic, evaporated itself right through the bag and left a lingering stink that smells like damp cardboard and ...? The wet smell too. It all accumulated during a 15 minute "commute" from McDonalds to my office

I'll stuck with subs and soup like I usually do. I've never known a sub to gas out the car or anything.
