I've been quietly working away on the server and made this underwater tree/melon/mushroom farm. Complete with portal.

I created it out of necessity, somewhere completely creeper proof

Copious use of sugar cane.. and a huge amount of frustration

I think I died about four times trying to construct it

i hit bedrock this morning, mind you this took me three hours countless pickaxes, and three creeper attacks. There are about five of these around the island that im on... i plan on linking them by minecart, or mining the entire island down to bedrock

Because we all forgot it existed. Is that the painterly texture pack, cause it looks pretty bad. there's just something about it that makes it look horrible to me.

It is. Not the best textures as I'm not familiar with all of the hundreds of options, but it doesn't seem that bad...

I almost always use the default textures; this is mainly for the solidly dark black wool (and to stop the ship itself from looking like it's made of, you know, wool. :shifty

Okay. oCd looks as terrible to my eyes as Painterly does to yours, and my computer has trouble running Minecraft at default texture resolution; high-resolution textures scare me.
