OHM Neptune-1 Medium Launch Vehicle 2.51

Sorry, Someone told me to use 7Z, a 3rd party file opening program because it cant open under windows. I tried that and It came up with Critical Error.
Was the critical error within the 7-zip program, or in Orbiter?

If in 7-zip, then what version of 7-zip are you using? I tried extracting the archive with 7-zip 9.25, and there is no any critical, CRC or data error.

I moved the correct files into the correct folders.
Does that mean that files were extracted without preserving directory structure? If the critical error was in 7-zip, then not all files were extracted, and Orbiter is missing some of them.

If the critical error is happening in Orbiter, please post contents of the Orbiter.log.

The error is in Orbiter, I click on the scenario and it says TERMINATED AFTER CRITICAL ERROR. It does that to me a lot in some add ons

Sorry, we can't help you if you aren't able to provide the information we asked for.

Why are you not doing as we ask and posting the orbiter.log? We cannot help you if you don't allow us to help you.

Also, what do you mean by 'it does that to me a lot in some add ons'.

Do you mean that it does this more often than not? Do you mean that there are some specific addons that cause more CTD's than others?

From what you've hinted at I'd say that you've broken your install and a delete/re-install of orbiter may be best.

Edit: :ninja: by Orb.

I have a question too.

Are you guys going to improve the Triton-1 launch vehicle? I really like the launcher :)

I'm in the process of developing my Mirai module, which will be launched by a Neptune-1b.

I am planning to include an alternate version of the launcher with the same mesh, but with modified textures.

Since a multistage2 rocket has three components together (config, mesh, and textures), the above sentence basically means that one can install my add-on without requiring this one (unless they needed the launch pads).

Malerba already includes an alternate Neptune fairing mesh/texture, so is it okay if I include all the parts (fairing + stages), with my modified textures?

(I hope this was easy to understand)

From the manual:

"You are free to use parts of our work, eg sound and
texture, but you must credit us as the original source of your work."

It is a good light launcher. What improvements would you like to see? :)

Some sort of launchpad en launch scenario's from Capo Passero would be cool! I'm now using the same launch pad as the Neptune-1 launcher, but it just doesn't fit ;)

Velcro is a my thought... maybe the bonus rocket of this package (the Triton 1) will come out in a Velcro incarnation... but nothing concrete for now.

A custom DLL for launch and payload management is the final objective for the future. We have some good programmers in the team, but the priority for the DLL has been given at the spacecrafts (Antares, Eridanus) rather than the launchers.

Internal insulation with a not painted external layer. But in a future release, the texture will be modified.

Neptune-1 has a solid first stage. The policy of Forum Orbiter Italia is: "no crews on solids", then the Delphiunus was moved on a Jarvis S launcher. A dedicated launcher (AJ26-powered Neptune-2? An entirely reusable launcher?) can be a future implementation.

The mini spaceplane is ready; will be released soon in a separate package. For now is a simply Vinka-based spacecraft, but already prepared for a future DLL implementation.
