I'd like to give other members a chance to fly missions, but I am available almost anytime for space shuttle missions if needed.

What will be the next mission?

BTW, Happy New Year for everyone!

Good! Over half the missions involve the space shuttle! The next mission is Dragon 7.. first manned flight of the Dragon spacecraft with Expedition 1.

If you need a pilot, I'm available (for any mission).
Also, since you seem to be needing a new project patch, I could help with that too.

Schedule for OFSS II.

Looks good to me. Do you know already what's gonna be the payload? (STS-145)

I renamed the mission schedule thread for you to include "crew assignment".

Sign me up for STS-154, ill be done with my exams and i (hopefully) will have enough time to learn how to fly the shuttle
and umm what is PTV??

Gotcha! And PTV's a fictional manned/cargo spacecraft released by cizurator.

alright:thumbup:
just one more thing, i recently only got th shuttle fleet 4.5 and when i go to launch it, it has like an autopilot, is it possible to disable it, or is there a scenario without it?
or can i just play tht scenario for my mission?

To disable autopilot press B.

Also -- still need pilots! :) Thinking I should add a pilot/mission discussion thread.

Just finished a preliminary run through of mission 4 (a simulation if you will). I noticed that when I separated the Dragon from the second stage, hit [F3] to select it, I couldn't select the Dragon I was flying, I could only select the Dragon currently docked to the Neesys module. The list did show two Dragon spacecraft, but the view would only center on the one, so... I edited the scenario to read...

DragonC:DRAGONC
STATUS Orbiting Earth
etc, etc...
END

This let me differentiate the two Dragons (docked and en-route).

Also, the crewed Dragon will dock to the end opposite the PMA?

Thanks for the catch! I've only been re-flying my STS missions (far more complicated) and I have a few bugs with the Dragon missions. Here's an updated scenario for your benefit. I also fixed the location of the PMA (forward port), and Dragon 7 must dock with with Neesys's Zenith facing CBM.

I'll sign up to fly one of the STS missions once I got some orbital flight time. This is good motivation to get orbital mechanics 101 right :)

PS: As part of the "OFSS II addon compliance package" - multistage2.dll is required as well.

Was investigating a strange crash with my addons.

Suggest adding the : base package (multistage2 + spacecraft2) 050721 for Orbiter build 050216

into the requirements list, as new users like myself may have difficulty troubleshooting.
