They offer a CMS solution, Disk space, MySQL hosting which, to my mind, anyway, is the absolute minimum you need for a VSA but then, to my mind, a VSA has to be a VA as well so it has requirements above and beyond that of a VA.

You should have taken care of the website as well as the VSA structure and short and long term mission plans. Most projects never get off the ground because of lack of planning and lots of enthusiasm.

Why not host it yourself? It's really not hard to host a wamp or lamp server, and you'd have php/MySQL, dyndns routing, scalability, and an easy way to upload files.

Buy what you can afford, don't try to get away for free. Paying actual money, even if it is just a few dollar per month for some webspace and a domain is better because of three factors:
- Your VSA looks more credible by showing real dedication.
- You have more rights on your host, than by being for free. Who pays is customer, not user.
- You show the world and yourself that you are really believing in your VSA and don't treat it like a quick spontaneous idea.
