Hello everyone,
I retired from my work one year ago today. After years of getting up early
and having a job to go to, I found myself suddenly with some free time to
actually relax. Last January, I stumbled onto Orbiter while searching the internet. I've been hooked ever since. I still consider myself a novice, but
even at my age,(56) I'm learning things that were never available to me
before. I just want to say THANKS to everyone involved.
I use DGIV a lot because it has the (seeming unpopular) autopilots that perform certain manouvers while allowing me to focus on learning things like IMFD and othor add-ons.
Yes, I'm hooked, But my wife reminds me that just because I'm retired,
doesn't mean I can sit around and play on the computer all the time.
