Yes, he was. He never got involved too much in the technical day-to-day stuff, which is the way it's supposed to be. He let the more experienced people in the agency handle that.
I recently read "Too far from Home" which was about the two NASA astronauts stuck on the ISS after the Columbia tradegy and Sean O'Keefe was mentioned in that quite a bit. What struck me was the humility of the man when TMA-1 went off course due to a ballistic entry. It also appears he got quite interested in the development and pursuit of space exploration which was something of a surprise to many who assumed he was there to cut costs!

Laziness is not good in anything. Well, except for the odd day here and there to chill :lol:
I'm not good at spelling either which is why I double check things before I post. I still make mistakes from time to time but I try to catch as many as possible. It's important to be as clear as possible when you communicate as it's very frustrating to have your point misconstrued.
