VC++ 2010 Express, so I'm using the 2010 files.What version of Visual Studio do you have (are you using the VS2010 or VS2008 files)?
Seems like the initial update failed to add those subfolders. I did another update and the folders got added.Can you check if the PIDControl files are in the correct locations? PIDControl.cpp should be in Orbitersdk/libUltra/src and PIDControl.h should be in Orbitersdk/libUltra/include. Also, which files are giving errors?
Does anyone know where the C.G of the entire shuttle stack is? I suspect the SSU C.G. is in the wrong place, and this is messing up the first stage trajectory a bit (because the thrust vector is not pointing in the correct direction).
Can you explain these 2 a bit more? I couldn't reproduce the RMS Joint switch freeze, and I haven't encountered any problems saving the RMS grapple state.
- Freeze/CTD when RMS Joint switch is toggled into End Effector Temp mode
- Possible bug with saving/loading of RMS grapple state
The freeze/CTD problem with End Effector Temp mode only appears when the PARAMETER switch is in JOINT ANGLE mode.Can you explain these 2 a bit more? I couldn't reproduce the RMS Joint switch freeze, and I haven't encountered any problems saving the RMS grapple state.

Weird. I can reproduce it just fine. I can however confirm that the freeze/CTD is gone.I don't have any problems with the TBs in the scenario you posted.
