Recently I have been trying to figure out a method to have a suborbital flight with a capsule.(want apogee of 100 km) No luck. Firstly I tried launching straight up and when I came back down I was incinerated. (I'm using a quick velcro scenario using an RSRM) Does anybody know a profile?

Well, I'd suggest trying again with a liquid-powered rocket and and aiming for a 45 degree angle. With a liquid rocket you can shut down whenever you wish(avoiding getting too fast), and 45 degrees is halfway between level and straight up. After one flight(or a few moments of a flight) you should be able to come up with a angle that fits your purposes better.
