Hi I'm trying to get to Luna-OB1 and dock I'm looking for a tutorial on how to do this please tell me a link to this tutorial I have looked online but haven't found one maybe I'm wording it wrong when I search thank you in advance

I assume you are having trouble matching rotations?
Are you launching from Earth or the Moon?
Luna-1 (for short) is also in a polar orbit, it adds a little bit of a challange, but not much. The key is a lot of DV, or patience to get the right launch window.

Luna-1

I launched from Earth I'm in orbit matching luna-1 but we never meet well our orbits are close not exact

You can tweak your alignment with Align Planes MFD, then Sync Orbit MFD, just like you would line up with the ISS in LEO.

If you can perform a rendevouz with the ISS, approaching Luna shouldn't be too hard. Make sure your Relative Inclination is 0.00 in the AlignPlaneMFD and that the DTmin in SyncOrbitMFD is close to 0.00 in your last orbit. Remember that you should always pick a point of your orbit to have the same altitude as the Luna has in that same point.

If you still find it hard, try watching tutorials on how to dock to the ISS (http://www.orbiter-forum.com/tutorials.php). The theory is practically the same.
