OHM UCGO demolition charge

I know that the update eliminated a bug with reentry partical streams being the size of a planet... I was the one who brought it to artlav's attention. ;) Who knows what kind of unintended consequences that had?

Nope, no flying bomb mesh. Sorry. not repeatable. Can you do a recording of this event? (I belive it's Ctrl-C to record.)

Yea I'll get back to you with the video ok

Here is a YouTube video it's almost done uploading http://youtu.be/gd2vEBSaYvk

Anyone one else having issue with the Demolition charge launching itself into flight after it blows up after 10 mins ? this happens to me in my Orbiter version 100830

If you have a solution please let me know thanks UCGO demolition charge
It's supposed to blow up after 10 minutes...read the first post

I think his concern is that it launched the BOMB at the detonation.

EDIT:  WHOA! That most certainly IS a launch!

Yes correct Maverick, I just tested the nuke in Orbiter 2006 version and it stays in one spot after it blows instead of flying off into flight as shown in the video, If I find a solution to make it work in 2010 I'll report back, Do you have any ideas ?

picture.php

The bomb went over the horizon in about 3.5 seconds. This screenshot was at about 3 frames AFTER detonation. Bomb started ahead of the hash marks on the runway... That thing is haulin'!

FYI, I did run it at WIN in 2010 P1, and it just sat there. No bugs, no blastoff, nothing.

Yea it's haulin alright where to don't know maybe next maybe you guys might find out if I can get a fix to this If I can make this work in Orbiter 2010 I'll be able to finish the Orbiter Film I'm working on. you might get to see it next Tuesday

Is your orbiter package folder built up from Orbiter 2006 patched and upgraded to 2010 ? or is it made up from 2010 P1 alone ?

2010 P1 alone. that may make a slight (but in this case, HIGHLY noticeable) difference.

Yes I thought so too, I just installed 2006 & the demolition charge went off fine in place, I'm building up the folder up to 2010 P1 to see if it will still launch into orbit.

Ok this issue is resolved, I had to have my orbiter build up from Orbiter Version 2006 & then over written to Orbiter Version 2010 P1
