The orientation of the attach point. Somewhere, your Pegasus Stg 1, presumably in its .cfg file, has an attach point defined for it. That attach point might be in the right place, but has the wrong orientation.

Is it compatible for Orbiter 2016? Because whenever i start the scenarios, it starts off leaning 85 degrees on it's front and when ever i start it's engines, it flips and sinks underground which really sucks so which means it is horrible, no offense.

Sputnik, is this addon compatible with Orbiter 2016? Because whenever the simulation starts, the rocket is tilted on slanted position and when I ignite the engines, it tips over and then it falls underground and i've been trying to fix it with scenario editor but nothing works please fix...

AFAIK Velcro Rockets 1.11 is compatible with Orbiter 2010, not 2016.
