What to do to get docking port in Shuttle Fleet?

What do I have to do to the scenario file to get a docking port in the Shuttle Fleet craft? For that matter, how do you do add/remove the docking port on the default atlantis?

Shuttle Fleet: In the scenario file, add the line ODS.
Default Atlantis: No way. It's hardcoded to always be there.
