Question Why is information missing in TransX?

I set up a plan for Moon to Earth, using the escape plan.

However the information for Begin Burn, Delta V etc is missing.
I only see "Heading".

Where do I enable this?

It depends very much on what view you are in. For Earth to the moon, try maneuver view.

i have the same problem! i am going to mars though, i have worked for hours to try to figure this one out

No, I am at maneuver view. I only see heading.

This is all I see.

how old is that tutorial? that looks kind of like information that i would get from the target screen. why don't you just use the target screen?
